Still Holdiing On... Just

After early morning fog the sun shone brightly for the rest of the day.

My GP phoned me early last night to say she had been going through my notes from my heart specialist from 2015. It said I should have a potassium test every year... I haven't had any! It is because of the tablets I am on. And also once I reach 70 I have to go off them. She was very apologetic and said sorry it had been missed.

Late this morning I went to have my blood test but it hadn't been faxed through.. Home again and after a phone call to the clinic it was done.

The rest of the day went ok.
