Iris tongue

I love these beautiful big Bearded Iris flowers. 
Terrifo has them in her garden - so I snapped a couple on my phone after enjoying a cuppa with her this afternoon. I'm having withdrawal symptoms after looking after the grands and feeling very 'flat'  today so her and the tea perked me up!  Thankfully I have a visitor for the weekend so can go back to cooking for others again. . . .
