A walk in the park

Our housing association use owl dummies on the roofs of the houses to deter bird flocks from sitting on the roofs. Once a week, brave men come and move about the owls. And of course they do not use safety equipment although they are on the roof of a six-floor building. They must believe they are immortal and goes as they were on a walk in the park.
