Layers

Our daughter, son in law and son arrived late this morning and after lunch we headed out for a walk along the coastal path.  I was watching as these very attractive layers of cloud slowly moved towards us.  We had no rain fortunately and enjoyed the sea views but didn't stay out too long due to the large number of midges around.

Then it was back home for a large vegetarian meal, I thought they could do with eating more vegetables, followed by a successful cheesecake.  I had been trying various recipes and gone back to the original one but cooking it for longer and making a thicker base.
