How To Do It Properly

Mr Flum's Auntie was a lady of many talents. I inherited her cake decorating kit, complete with icing nails, piping nozzles and, most important, the instruction book.

My talents in this field are yet to be tested. Our cake was rough-iced before we dashed off to sing carols in Nicolson Square. It'll taste the same, surely? Won't it? Oh, just shut your eyes and eat it.
