New display

I am now getting far more particular in my studio ( that still sounds pretentious to me!) I felt that my wood ‘barristers’ bookcase with glass doors was too dark to show off my hats well. I’d tried lining the back with mirrors, and the bottom shelves with white paper, but it was still too dark. I didn’t really want to paint it, as a) it would be too much like hard work and b) it would work in another setting.
So, I thought about white shelving... and was thrilled to find an Ikea bookcase on eBay less than a mile away. Picture is blurry as I only finished getting it up the stairs and setting it up late last night! It’s a definite improvement
