Bee and poppy

I usually find it very difficult to photograph insects as they move so much and so quickly. This bee was relatively helpful, even landing on the poppy while I was in the process of taking some photos. Mind you, I took a lot of much less successful shots in which it was moving.

I managed to get into bed last night, though the back has not been much better today - difficult to stand let alone move around. Thanks to those who sent their good wishes yesterday.
