Back in Edinburgh today helping Amy & her boyfriend , it’s only a few weeks until they move in to their new home.

It was a busy day and a horrible drive home in the rain so the perfect tonic for that is toasted cheese with lots of black pepper.

Now it’s G&T time :-)
