Princess Anne?

Busy day. First thing I drove Pat to Edinburgh Airport for a direct flight to Chicago, Illinois.

She is visiting her cousin, Aaron to give advice on remodelling his loft apartment and to review a planning application for the redevelopment of the urban area adjacent.

I had agreed to do some extra volunteer guiding at Hill of Tarvit. It is a long holiday weekend and Scotland is basking in dreich damp weather.

I took several photos and today’s Blipfoto is of Jean Chancellor of Shielhall who bears a remarkable resemblance to Princess Anne. This painting is displayed in the library. Originally attributed to Alan Ramsay it is now attributed to David Martin.

Back home, I caught up with the Monaco Grand Prix Qualifying and checkiing Flightradar24 saw that Pat’s plane has just landed 40 minutes early in Chicago.

Dinner consists of fish pie, broccoli, strawberries and cream.
