A bit of a slow day today as I certainly felt the effects of last night's wine, cider and burlesque!

GAC is my husband's secret golf weapon and now my emergency blip for Silly Saturday.

It stands for 'Golfer's Ar$e Cream' and - apparently - prevents chafing on a hot summer's day.  I guess it's Sudocrem for grown ups.
