Oddly, there's often Salmon &/or Chicken "Jerky"; both of which I'm more partial to than the "genuine article", so, of course I look.
Seeing this I HAD to check the spelling on account of the numbers of folk calling it "Waygu" on both TV and Youtube. I wondered if it had been intentionally misspelt. NO! Spelling correct.
Check pronunciation - all 4-5-6, however many it was, ALL said "Wag-you" and NOT "Way-goo".
At 1.5 X the normal price I wonder how much they'll sell?
