Gingerbread King

We are going to the Traquair Mediæval Fair tomorrow so to go in our picnic I used the rest of Monday's gingerbread dough to make some biscuits with mediæval-type motifs and included a king for the Flumlet.
Earlier in the week the weather forecast suggested heavy downpour all day but this has improved slightly, nevertheless we'll be armed with welllies and brollies. I just hope the ground is not too wet for the jousting.
