This evening, granddaughter who loves photography and her friend and I went to this field about five minutes from the lake house....we spent about half an hour there, just wandering around, taking shots this way and that way.  I have no idea what these flowers are, but it sure was a sight to see an entire rolling field of them.  
Extra is granddaughter's friend, who is also a photographer.  A good day.  It was supposed to rain heavily today but we only had about a 10 minute sprinkle.  The families were boating all day!
