Blossom Time

The annual 5-day Memorial Day celebration is in full swing. Lots of pre-teens and teenagers in short shorts having fun on the rides, the smell of fair food, and hawkers hawking mostly home improvement stuff.  No hot air balloons alighted tonight that I'm aware of. I've been cooking up a storm in earnest.

The little guy in this picture was crying.  I loved how his dad calmly put him on the carousel and held him near.
