Watchless

I did 10k this morning and just a little tired from yesterday which was my first full run without too much back discomfort since March. This afternoon Run Timaru held it's annual Watchless Run, to run this you must predict your own 5k or 10k  time and then run without a watch or any other form of timer,GPS or Recording device. One of our Runners was bang on her time and Russell and Lianne ( Father and Daughter ) predicted different times and were both 4 seconds out on each of their times, placing 2nd and 3rd. Ben, Jack and Michael are just coming over the top of one of the bigger hills on the track.
