And I’m Off.....Exotic Jam First.....!!!!

Well I’ve started the jam making season off with Apricot Jam....
They had punnets of beautiful fresh apricots in Aldis yesterday for 79cents....amazing value...these 8 pots only cost me about 4 euros in total to make....apricot jam is expensive to buy and rarely tastes good...
So my photos are the four stages....the lovely fresh fruits..
The soaking in sugar overnight .....the boiling up.....and the filled pots...!!!!
