Council flower box

This seems to have been planted with primulas. I'm not sure if the brassica has arrived by accident or if someone planted it as a joke. 

A very quiet day today, went for a bit of a wander  in the afternoon sunshine. I am now going to do a bit of knitting and perhaps have a wee dram.
