Sally Mair - Loving life

Statement gallery

I've been passing this fairly new gallery in Stockbridge recently and noticing the amazing political posters /artworks they've been showing. The ones in the window have been changing every day or so and are pretty striking. This was today's.
It was raining when I set off for church today so I got pretty wet, I was doing a scouts pace run to get it over with and tweaked my calf muscle as I turned into the Main Street. Not sure whether it is strained or pulled or what but it's b**** sore at times and won't let me break into a run at all.
After church we got the washing out into the perfect drying wind and then went for a walk down to Stockbridge to try and build up my miles for my monthly challenge. I managed to do 4.7 miles and have a coffee at Soderberg before my phone died so my last mile disappeared into the ether which is not picked up by Strava. Hmmmmmmm!
A quiet evening putting things back together after the painter was here for 3 days. All looking nice and fresh now.
20110 steps today which is good so that target is at 4/4.
