Well, Holyrood told the cooncil that they weren't getting a bail-out for the contract cock-up with the trams....will we get our trams or shall we be paying half a billion to have our pipes moved to the outside of the roads throughout the city centre?.....I bet someone isn't sleeping tonight!! (Oh, since the credit crunch kicked in, why doesn't a billion seem like a big number anymore?)
