Brain Freeze!

Bank holiday today. MrsT and I are off but L is at school.

We went out for a 6km run this morning before dropping a big bag of clothes off at the BHF charity shop.

Walk about the shops then a Costa and MrsT got a brain freeze with an iced fruit drink.

Playing in 2 ten pin bowling competitions tonight. Men’s qualifying singles followed by men’s doubles.
