One Square Metre

After watching Countryfile tonight when they were marking out a square metre of lawn to see how many plants were amongst the grass, (they said an average of 25).
I decided to have a wander to see if we had as many, as the lawn has just been de-mossed and is looking a mess, I had a look at the pond and the paddock.
When we have some warm weather and I have some time to spare, I must have a day making a list.
I know there are lots of different grasses in the paddock (see extra)
