It turned out to be a quick look see.

We went to the Ideal Home Show Scotland in Glasgow. We decided to go at a time when the roads would be quieter and the exhibition maybe in a bit of a lull, (i.e. later part of the afternoon). However our visit was a bit shorter than we wanted as the exhibition closed earlier than we thought! No big deal, and as we’ve got free tickets it didn’t matter hugely; and we’d seen the main stands and been to the food and drink exhibition. We were looking for somewhere to have a cuppa before leaving for home when we were told it was closed. One of the staff offered us free return admission another day, but we didn’t feel this was necessary.

I was pleased I had managed to make the trip; a good achievement for me.
