Three generations, one Kindle

Christmas dinner was our Spanish tapa favourite, dates wrapped in bacon and grilled, followed by a Catalan-style roast capon with prunes and apricots (recipe here), served with very British roast potatoes and Brussels sprouts. And finally, mini ginger puddings, courtesy of Delia, which have become my customary Christmas pudding -- much lighter than the traditional kind.
