Gary and Juanita’s Dog

We stopped to drop something off at a neighbors house. They had 3 border collies that I saw. This one stayed on duty until we left. He’s ? standing in the rain and I was so impressed that he didn’t try and jump up on the truck. Is he giving me a bit of ‘“eye”? That was a fun google search.
