Christmas Left overs!

Well the Christmas dinner is finished and I've picked what's left of the Turkey for tomorrow's left over creation.

Anyone that knows me is aware that I enjoy cooking and have a variety of cook books in the kitchen.

However, I never enjoy making Christmas dinner, it just stresses me!! I don't know if its the amount of cooking involved, the fact it's Christmas or what it is. I just worry that I bugger it up and give everyone food poisoning, even though I never have before.

Despite what I've said above we all had a great day today, the kids were spoilt and the Turkey and all the trimmings went done a treat. Its a shame its passed so quickly ;0(
