The depression session

I was invited by one of my ex-students to give a talk, to a group of Church counselors on the topic of depression.

I was a little hesitant to do it...........not really MY TOPIC. 

Although, I was pretty sure that depression, was a manifestation of insulin resistance. Dug into the literature, put two and two together......

And BLEW them AWAY !

Actually blew me away too, so much so, I decided to turn the session into a video for my blog.
