Hay Festival- hidden gem

We have just had a delicious and totally unexpected meal in the new Gurkha restaurant outside Hay.
Tucked away in a side street in Talgarth we stumbled across this new Nepalese eatery quite by accident.
After a nine hour journey from Scotland we set out in search of food in a local pub only to find it was the chef’s night off.
There is a strong Gurkha presence in the area because of the regiment based in Brecon. Photo shows Jannah with one of the house specialities.
