The Visitor.....

After a day of rain yesterday we have had another mild, balmy, sunny day. It was a relief to get a lot of fallen leaves raked up and put into wool sacks and the lawns mowed earlier this week. Our flowering cherry tree is still hanging on to many brilliantly colored leaves. I was photographing some of the fallen leaves when I spotted a visitor. Possibly the last Praying Mantis of this past few months...
