I can only guess at the mileage and age of this, but would guess it was somewhere near three years given that I could not face removing the front to put on the back and putting a new one on the front when the back punctured some months ago. It was getting a bit perforated and gappy-looking in places, besides the two large chunks of glass responsible for the puncture, despite the additional anti-puncture tape inside.
