Lovely stag

There is something so magical about these majestic animals.
I saw two deer calves today, but had to keep a good distance - the bracken is still very low due to the lack of  rain in April, and the deer are feeling very vulnerable. There have been several reports of folk being chased in the park recently - I do not want to be one of them!
My extras are of a skylark I saw a bit later on.
