Had to be a puffin today

Met up with a good friend at Bempton Cliffs today. Alas being a nice day and half term it appeared half the country had the same idea! We did a bit of a walk around but then we headed to a less busy Flamborough Head and found lots of puffins and within east=y reach too!

And as an aside - I was here the same day last year and the weather was very different! Also met a family today who were also here the same day last year. How amazing is that. They got me to take a family shot of them to prove the difference in the weather :-)
