...to launch today’s Referendums (Scotland) Bill was always going to be somewhere with optimism and enthusiasm.

The 6VT Youth Cafe In Edinburgh’s Vennel has both attributes in spades and the work that they have been doing to research and tell the story of Bessie Watson, the “youngest suffragette “ who lived in a house where the lovely bright and modern Youth Cafe premises now are is fascinating and inspirational - as are all the other projects they are engaged in.

This picture of some of those involved with the Cafe , alongside the First Minister, gives a flavour of the great event our visit turned out to be and the amazing location the cafe occupies.
