I've wanted to try the PV technique with a busy street scene so, on my recent trip to our capital city, I took a series of photos at some of the well known tourist spots.
I think the resulting image conveys the busy, manic nature of London's West End but my editing is still a 'Work In Progress', which happily sits well with this Wednesday's Challenge. Thanks goes to steveng for hosting.
