Union Station, Worcester, Massachusetts

Took the Commuter Train to Worcester Union Station to pick up the RV. Rain has stopped but it’s dull, overcast and cold. Slow stopper train, but a train’s a train for me. A double decker too.

After that, things fell apart for a whole host of reasons starting when we discovered that the rental location had changed without telling us and ending with the RV on a site with no hose to connect to the water supply. We have a long list of issues to take up with Cruise America in the morning. And it’s raining heavily again. However, the forecast for the next 2 weeks looks good.

I would image Worcester, Massachusetts has not seen many tourists or even visitors from the UK. Not anything like Worcester UK. However, its Railway Station is a grand affair as you can see and seems quite a lonely place which was once much more important and busier that it is today.
