Today I Feel So Down

Woke up.breathless
Decided to walk.round the shops anyway I had to stop  twice on the way there and twice on the way back as I was so breathless
I'm home now sitting doing nothing 
Feeling sorry for myself and crying
I feel so depressed 
There seems no way out of this
Doctor tomorrow for what good that is as I'm now nervous about trying any new inhalers as I'm sensitive to so many of the drugs in them
Best avoid my Blips for a few days
