Pilot Whale

One of the 12 or so right by the pier at Hatston this afternoon. This one is 'spyhopping' to see what's going on. They seemed alright, although there have been reports that one is injured. They are being monitored by the BDMLR people who try and shepherd such pods away from beaching hazards. Latest news is that they've headed out into more open water, though still close inshore.
