Trying to make a daisy....

Anyone know how to use this I suppose it would help if I read instructions but they are too small I can’t see them very well.
Another wet day here hope the rain clears tomorrow we have another service tonight again so late I wanted to get this in I was hoping I would have it made. I will have to be patient.
