Dreich.....

A damp start followed by a wet afternoon.
Still walking like John Wayne as back went ping again after lifting cattle slats on Tuesday. Will I never learn !
A morning spent fixing the electric wires round the bull field as they must have been fighting and smashed through the fence .
Had to have a wee lie down with an ice pack after that but once the pain killers kicked in wasn’t too bad.
Went down the road to feed the cattle and a wee bit of success with the heifers as they came to the feeding trough with a bit of shouting and bag shaking, so we are getting there slowly .
These were the cows and calves, who would knock you down at the sight of a bag of feed ! I liked the way the rain drops were hanging off the fence.
