Drenched

We started the day with one of yesterday's students coming back for Day 2. Thankfully we hadn't ventured off out of mobile phone signals, when she got a call to go all the way back to deal with a mare in foal. Sadly, it wasn't a story with a happy ending.

Finding ourselves without a course to run, we set about packing our things into the trailer and Land Rover for our weekend show. We we'll be travelling down to the south of the county tomorrow to Crooklands for the Country Fest.

Not only was the poppy drenched, I got very wet checking the car tyres ready for the journey!
