Today I had a long standing arrangement to meet two school friends. Recently we have met up every few years at Denbies, our local vineyard. This time was different because it so happens that my school friend Helen who lives in South Africa is in the UK on holiday and I arranged, for a surprise to the others, that she join us. They were delighted to meet her again, probably the first time since we left school all those years ago. We lined up for a photo, a different sort of school photo (extra).
After this reunion, Helen, David, Norman and I had lunch together. We will see them again before they go home.
I spent the morning in a photogenic place but was too preoccupied to think of my blip! So we have another rose. Well, it is Flower Friday!
