M-in-L' s Birthday.

What happened between then and last July to change everything?

I have got myself into a maudlin slump.

On the bright side, Henry is on his way home. We missed his birthday earlier this month so I'll make a cake and he can share it with M-in-L on Sunday.

And what happened to the weather? I thought it was supposed to be hotter than Ibiza. Decidedly chilly today but I wrapped up and did some gardening anyway.
