Family fun

A gorgeous family Christmas! With the children growing up so fast, I'm never sure how many more we'll have together.
We got to sleep in later than ever before for a Christmas morning. It was 8.30 before either of them stirred. It's not often we have to make our own morning cup of tea on Christmas day, Luke normally uses it as a bit of bribery to get us out of bed.
The rain started falling as we started cooking. We made Zucchini and Haloumi Fritters as entree, Roast lamb and chicken with all the roast veggies to go with it for main and meringues with chocolate and cream/ice cream for dessert! Delicious!! C had chosen a Muscato to drink and M brought out the Baileys. After dinner, we had to get our usual family portrait, of course, with all the hilarity that goes with it. C's new camera was given a test run as well.
It's moments like these that take my breath away. And make me even more aware of how lucky we are to have each other. Love you my angels xxxx
