Willow

I got these two willow trees very cheaply in a sale at fab Smeaton Nursery, late last year - they were very tall and...er...willowy. But they didn't seem to come back this year in Spring and were very dry and brittle. In desperation I cut the tops off - now they are sprouting all over. Not sure if I should have just waited but anyway, they look great.
