Blackbird

I usually wake up to the song of blackbirds in our garden. We have three pairs who visit our garden. One pair, yet again , built a nest in our clematis, though we think they later abandoned it.
I saw this garden decoration at Gardening Scotland today. It immediately called out to me. It was only one of many beautiful ‘leaves’ with nature quotes. I could have bought them all!
So , along with a few nice plants for my garden, a couple of these also came home with me today.
