Salted caramel

We are taking advantage of the half term to really knuckle down to a good run of practises as much as possible but we are also deliberately making time for being at home, watching movies, doing “home things”.... like baking extremely treaty cakes that are full of frosting and chocolate and topped with more chocolate and more frosting and glitter.

Music lessons for the pair of us this afternoon. A lovely long bassoon one for her, she concentrated so hard, came out and burst into tears as she had decided she wasn’t good enough. She was brilliant! She had snuggle time during my lesson, and was upset she didn’t have monkey but accepted NCO bear. She took the decision to miss dancing tonight!
