Ice Bone

So it was another early wake up. But by the scaffolders putting up a structure at the front of the house to paint it. Even before we heard the babies who are staying. But on the plus side this meant Florence and I could have an early bike ride across the green to the paper shop. 

The ice cream freezer was tempting and Flo fancied the look of the ice bones. Never seen those before but I thought she is worth spoiling. "Beware- this contains E additives which may cause children to loose concentration" the wrapper warned. Undaunted we set off home where she started sucking the juice out of the ice - moulded into a bone shape. Hence the name. 

Within a couple of minutes she was running round in circles and jumping about. Blimey - what's in this we thought? So it was quickly whipped away and a Fab lolly placed in her hand instead. Possibly marginally less toxic. 

I wanted to take a photo of her licking the lolly. Not again! she shouted when I produced the camera. So we compromised with me taking a picture through a glass.
