Not this one

Phew! What a scorcher!

Parkrun this morning, with a revised course to acommodate a music festival in the park. I ran round with my friends son again who was determined to do it without his dad. He did brilliantly, with just a little bit when he got a bit hot and tired and didn't recognise where he was. He struggles socially so it was great that he trusted me enough to let me help him calm down and start running again.

Most of the rest of the day was watering things. I had the first strawberry of the season from the allotment as well. Yum! Not this one.... this one was from the greengrocers.
