Carpet

The kids and I wandered down to Tong Park and then through Spring Wood and back up through Moorside.

I wasn't doing my usual extended rummage through the undergrowth, but we still came across a few butterfies and moths, including my first Small Copper of the year, Green-veined White, Orange-tip, Peacock, Brown Silver-line, Silver-ground Carpet (pictured)  and scores of Chimney Sweepers.
