West 5

A really fun gig as ever at West 5, Chris picked Max, Emma, Aimee and I up at drove us to the club where we met Sally and Dan and Stewie and Lee, we sat in the back bar and had drinks and I went on about 12.30, Max to call these wonderful photographs.

I saw Emma at WW this morning, she lost 3 pounds but I put on a half, the last couple of months have been very difficult to lose weight because I’ve been ill and I’ve been so busy as well but I have maintained a two stone weight loss so that’s great.

Rachael came over and spent a couple of hours helping me sort through the spare room, we got rid of a bag full of rubbish.
