Art nouveau Riga
The Art Nouveau museum in Riga was excellent. There were superb architectural details, as it was housed in the previous residence of one of their foremost architects. The upper floor was a turn of the 1900s residence, the lower floor more on architecture and design. A lot of choices for blips - see extras. There are still more I haven’t included. No idea who the gentlemen is in the bottom left of the picture, but he was a ‘World Champion’ of what we don’t know, but there was a huge photograph of him.
We went to an Uzbek restaurant for dinner. I haven’t been to Uzbekistan since 1979. The other extra is ofthe wall decoration in the restaurant
